1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuyTheLook ("the Service"), operated by BUY THE LOOK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

BuyTheLook provides AI generated personal styling recommendations. Based on the preferences, measurements, budget and occasion you provide, we present complete outfits and link each item to the product page on the retailer's or brand's own website.

BuyTheLook is not a retailer. We do not sell, stock, ship or invoice any product shown on the Service.

3. The Service is free of charge

The Service is provided to users free of charge. There is no styling fee, no subscription, no membership tier and no payment is required to view recommendations or to access shopping links. We do not add any markup to retailer prices.

BuyTheLook is funded by affiliate commissions paid by retailers on qualifying purchases made through our links. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

4. Purchases from third party retailers

When you select an item, you leave BuyTheLook and continue to the retailer's own website. Any purchase is a contract between you and that retailer.

BuyTheLook does not process payments, does not hold payment card details, and does not handle order fulfilment, shipping, customer service or returns. Product descriptions, prices, availability, taxes, shipping terms and return policies are set by the retailer and are subject to change without notice on their side. We display product information as supplied to us and cannot guarantee that it is current at the moment of your purchase.

5. Nature of the recommendations

Styling recommendations are generated by automated systems and are provided for informational purposes only. Fit, sizing and suitability remain your own assessment. Commission rates are not an input to which items we recommend.

6. User accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.

7. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, copy or resell the content of the Service, attempt to manipulate affiliate tracking, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the terms of a partner retailer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on BuyTheLook, including text, graphics, logos and generated recommendations, is owned by or licensed to BUY THE LOOK. Brand names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products shown. Their appearance on the Service does not imply endorsement or a commercial relationship unless stated.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyTheLook is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its recommendations, or for any loss arising from a transaction with a third party retailer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
